Page size : 

To create a design for an invitation card, its not easy to define a particular page size, so you can take a page page with minimum height of 6 inches & minimum Width of 5.5 or 6 inches. Its completely based upon your customer's choice. So, keep in mind page can be change as on customer demand or the quality of the printing card, But don't change the process.

Resolution : 

Now tell me , an interesting trick for a quick idea to define a resolution for your invitation card.  If you are taking a big page size then, if you have take as much lowest resolution for that design, in same way if you are taking a small page size then you can take 300 pixels minimum to or extra if you want.
Otherwise you can always, take resolution above 300 pixels, but if you do that can find bugs to edit the design,,,( means you can find difficulties, to edit the designing format ).


Border Design :

Border design is also an art, to create an attractive page design. But, its not as easy as it looks. If you search on google you will find many border designs. All the designs are very good in look & styles. That's sounds good, but if you want to use them, must you have to buy them, with a huge amount of money.
