But, always check the copyrighted  liscene for that image.

• Which software have to use for better design ?

Well, now_a_days you have huge number of  softwares for graphics design. Mainly, adobe photoshop ( for better experience with, a user friendly interface), corel draw (This is also very good for graphics design),  adobe illustrator ( same like, photoshop, but you must have to try this), etc.
You may find other softwares, for graphics design.
